Let's face it: sportfishing charter boats are a dime a dozen in Kona and elsewhere in the state.  So what makes the Camelot experience different from all the others?

Two things: our proven ability to raise monster fish, and the homestyle, family-oriented philosophy that underlies everything we do. 

First of all, the Camelot is well known for its ability to attract huge fish for our clients.  The fact is, we're the envy of our peers.  This year, the Camelot was the first charter boat in Kona to land a billfish over 1,000 pounds -- that's a half-ton of fish, all in one massive package!  And we regularly land tuna, marlin, and other species of all sizes, up to hundreds of pounds.  We can't guarantee you'll catch a big one with us, but most folks do, and we guarantee you'll have a great time trying!

Then there's our business philosophy.  Our boat is kept sparkling clean and sanitary throughout: no smelly bathroom, no filthy decks, no messy bridge.  We're no fly-by-night operation with a dirty old boat; we want you to enjoy yourself while you're with us.  And we want you to bring the whole family, too!  We're the only husband/wife charter team in the state, and we have five kids of our own, so we love families.  Kids of any age are welcome, and we've had 'em all -- from infants in diapers to young adults.
